Marc Spilker is the Chairman of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and a member of the firm’s Investment and Risk Committees.  Mr. Spilker has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Mr. Spilker is also a founding Member of GPS Investment Partners, LLC and an Executive Chairman of Merchant Investment Management.  From 2010 to 2014, he was President of Apollo Global Management and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. In 2010, prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Spilker retired from Goldman Sachs & Co., following a 20-year career with the firm. At Goldman, Mr. Spilker served as co-head of the Investment Management Division (IMD) and was also a member of the firm wide Management and Risk Committees.

Mr. Spilker previously served on the Investment Advisory Committee at Google and was a member of the American Stock Exchange, the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Council of Economic and Fiscal Advisors for Governor Andrew Cuomo. He has served on the Boards of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, the Stone and Bridge Street Funds, BrokerTec and Bondbook, LLC.

Mr. Spilker is a board member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board, iSentium, LLC, Maxim Capital Group, LLC, The New 42nd Street, Inc., The Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine Advisory Board at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Advisory Board for Mount Sinai’s Institute for Genomics and Multiscale Biology. Additionally, Mr. Spilker serves on the Third Way Board of Trustees, where he is the Founder of Third Way’s Capital Markets Initiative.  Mr. Spilker is a member of the Social Finance, Inc. Advisory Council and chairs the RFK Leadership Council at the Robert F. Kennedy Center for Justice and Human Rights.

Mr. Spilker received the Robert F. Kennedy Ripple of Hope Award in 2010 and is a recipient of the 2016 Wharton Alumni Award for Distinguished Service. Mr. Spilker is a committed supporter of independent public affairs documentaries and has provided funding for three prime-time PBS specials, all of which received critical acclaim and numerous awards. These films include Anti-Semitism in the 21st Century: The Resurgence (PBS 2007), Jerusalem: Center of the World (PBS, 2009), and The Jewish Journey: America (PBS, 2015). Mr. Spilker also supported an independently produced documentary short about the life of pianist Byron Janis and a five-part media series for The New 42nd Street, Inc.

Mr. Spilker graduated with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Prince is the Vice-Chairman of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and a member of the firm’s Investment and Risk Committees.  Mr. Prince has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Mr. Prince is also a Founding Member of GPS Investment Partners, LLC, an Executive Chairman of Merchant Investment Management, LLC, and a Partner of Maxim Capital Group, a real estate investment and lending platform where he is a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Risk Committee.  Additionally, Mr. Prince is a Board Member of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, where he is a Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee.    

Mr. Prince was formerly Co-Managing Partner of Skybridge Capital from 2007 until 2011.  Prior to Skybridge, Mr. Prince was a Partner at Eton Park Capital Management from launch in 2004 until 2007, heading global trading and the fund’s derivatives business.  Mr. Prince was Co-head of Equities Trading and Global Equity Derivatives at Goldman Sachs & Co. through 2004, named a Goldman Sachs Partner in 1998, and served on the firm’s Finance Committee, Equity Division’s Risk and Operating Committees.  Mr. Prince was a Director of the International Securities Exchange from 2002 to 2004, a Member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board from 2008 to 2017 and has served as a Board Member of the Hope and Heroes Pediatric Cancer Foundation since 2001.    Mr. Prince received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Enrico Gaglioti is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Mr. Gaglioti is also a Founding Member of GPS Investment Partners, LLC.  Mr. Gaglioti was formerly a Partner at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he served as the Global Head of Equity Sales and most recently served as an advisory director of Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division. Mr. Gaglioti began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1998, was named Managing Director in 2001, and Partner in 2002. Mr. Gaglioti served on the firm wide Business Standards Committee, Securities Division Executive and Operating Committees, as well as the Hedge Fund/Private Equity Screening Committee. Mr. Gaglioti is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Don Bosco Prep High School, and he serves as a member on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Soccer Foundation, the Board of Advisors of James Madison University’s College of Business, and the Board of the James Madison University Foundation.  Effective February 2017, Mr. Gaglioti serves as a Director of Chiron Funds ICAV, an Irish collective asset-management vehicle, with a sub-fund, Chiron Global Opportunities Fund, organized as a UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities). Mr. Gaglioti earned a BBA from James Madison University College of Business in 1994.  Mr. Gaglioti holds his Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Ryan Caldwell is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. From 2000 through the end of his tenure as co-portfolio manager in 2014, Mr. Caldwell helped lead portfolio management decision-making at Waddell & Reed for a suite of funds totaling $40 billion, including Ivy Asset Strategy, W&R Asset Strategy, and Ivy Funds/VIP Asset Strategy. Mr. Caldwell was named to the Institutional Investors list of ‘Rising Stars of Mutual Funds’ in 2009, and in 2007 was a finalist for Morningstar Manager of the Year.  Mr. Caldwell serves as board advisor to Haymon Boxing/Premier Boxing Champions and has previously served as a Director to Delta Topco Group, as well as a board advisor to Legendary Entertainment.  Effective February 2017, Mr. Caldwell serves as a Director for Chiron Funds ICAV, an Irish collective asset-management vehicle, with a sub-fund, Chiron Global Opportunities Fund, organized as a UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities). Mr. Caldwell earned a BBA from Texas State University.

Kirsten Pickens is a Partner and Head of Distribution for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Formerly, she was Senior Vice President and Head of National Accounts and Retirement Sales for Ivy Funds Distributor, Inc., a subsidiary of Waddell & Reed, which she joined in 2003. Ms. Pickens is credited with driving the rapid growth of Ivy Funds by building a National Accounts Team and obtaining platform access across broker dealers in all distribution channels. In 2010, she was awarded the “Rising Star of Mutual Funds” by Institutional Investor. Prior to Waddell & Reed, Ms. Pickens was with ING Funds, where she was VP, National Account Director for the Independent/Regional Channel and at Seligman funds in various distribution roles. Ms. Pickens started her career in the financial services industry at Vanguard as a Retirement Specialist, and worked for Pilgrim Funds in Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Major in Justice Studies and a minor in Pre-Law. Ms. Pickens is a Member of the Sales Force Marketing Committee of the Investment Company Institute, and a Member of Money Management Institute.  She holds her Series 24, Series 7, Series 6, and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Kristen Richards is Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Ms. Richards has over 20 years of experience in the mutual fund/'40 Act industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company/Ivy Investment Management Company. Ms. Richards earned her law degree from the University of Kansas in 1995 and began her career, in 1995, at Waddell & Reed/Ivy, on behalf of its registered investment advisers, where she was instrumental in building the Investment Management Compliance Department. Over the course of her 20 years with Waddell/Ivy, Ms. Richards has also served as Secretary to the Waddell/Ivy registered investment companies, whereby she was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the mutual fund disclosure documents, as well as responsible for fund governance with regard to the mutual fund board of trustees.  Ms. Richards was instrumental in the adoption and establishment of the firm's UCITs fund channel, Ivy Global Investors, which launched in 2014.  In addition to her law degree/license, Ms. Richards has also earned and maintains her Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 FINRA securities licenses.

Brian Cho, CFA, is a Partner, Co-Portfolio Manager and Head of Quantitative Research for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  In 2002, Mr. Cho co-founded Empirical Research Partners LLC, an independent research boutique where he served as Partner and Director of Quantitative Research. Mr. Cho managed all quantitative research efforts for the firm. During his tenure, the research team was named to the Institutional Investor All-American Research Team each year from 2003 through 2014 in both the Portfolio Strategy and Quantitative Research categories. Before his role at Empirical, Mr. Cho worked at SC Bernstein from 1993 to 2002.  Mr. Cho is a CFA charter holder and graduated from MIT in 1990.

Grant Sarris, CFA, is a Co-Portfolio Manager and Head of Fundamental Research for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. He was previously a Portfolio Manager at Kornitzer Capital Management, Inc., from 2003 to 2013, where he was a co-manager on a number of equity mutual funds, including the Buffalo Small Cap Fund, Buffalo Mid Cap Fund, and Buffalo Emerging Opportunities Fund.  Prior to joining Kornitzer Capital Management, Mr. Sarris was a portfolio manager with Waddell & Reed, where he was a co-manager on the Waddell & Reed Advisors Small Cap Fund and Ivy Small Cap Growth Fund (formerly W&R Small Cap Growth Fund).  Mr. Sarris was with Waddell and Reed from 1991 to 2003. From 2013 to September 2015, Mr. Sarris managed his personal portfolio. Mr. Sarris is a CFA charter holder and earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.

John Paul (JP) Armenio joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in October 2016 as its Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of International Business. In 2018, Mr. Armenio was named Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Armenio served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, the Japanese Mega-Bank’s Asian subsidiary in Hong Kong, where he led the firm’s Asian expansion strategy.  From 1995 until 2008, Mr. Armenio was with Morgan Stanley in Tokyo, New York, and San Francisco, and served as Managing Director and Global Head of Structured Products for the Global Wealth Management Division (GWM).  Mr. Armenio also served as Americas Head of Structured Products Distribution for the Institutional Securities Division, having responsibility for solutions across equities, fixed income, commodities, and FX asset classes.  Mr. Armenio sat on the Promotion and New Products Committees for the Equity Division, and was Divisional Head of Wharton Recruiting. Mr. Armenio also served on GWM’s Alternative Investment Due Diligence Committee.

Mr. Armenio currently sits as an Investor Board Member for Virtual Media Group, LTD and WeConvene, early stage fintech companies.  Mr. Armenio is Co-Founder for Intrepid Ventures LTD and is an Advisor for N.E. Negrych & Co.  Effective February 2017, Mr. Armenio serves as a Director of Chiron Funds ICAV, an Irish collective asset-management vehicle, with a sub-fund, Chiron Global Opportunities Fund, organized as UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).

Mr. Armenio has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.

Shailendra Panchal, CFA, is the Chief Risk Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Panchal spent 15 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., including the last ten years as a senior risk manager in the Global Securities Services business of the firm. Mr. Panchal brings extensive experience in risk oversight across multi-asset class portfolios encompassing a wide variety of strategies. Mr. Panchal earned an MBA from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (with the highest rank among his graduating class) from the Gujarat University, India.  Mr. Panchal holds his Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses. Mr. Panchal also holds the designation of Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) - certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).

Peter Bianco is Head of Trading for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Mr. Bianco was formerly Head of Trading in New York for Caxton Associates, a multi-billion dollar Global Macro Hedge Fund.  In his role at Caxton, from 2011 to 2014, Mr. Bianco managed a team of traders in London and New York. Prior to joining Caxton, Mr. Bianco had roles in trading and as an Analyst at Citigroup and GLS Capital. He graduated from Lehigh University in 2005.

Max Brewer joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in April 2018 as a Regional Client Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Great Lakes territory.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Brewer was an internal wholesaler at the American Funds, covering the state of Washington. Prior to that, Mr. Brewer began his career at American Century Investments as an Investment Representative.  Mr. Brewer holds his Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 FINRA securities licenses.  Mr. Brewer earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Ottawa University, in Southern Kansas, and his MBA from Mid America Nazarene University.

Susan joined Chiron Investment Management as an Internal Client Consultant on our Distribution team covering the Central territory.  Previously Susan served as a junior analyst on the Caxton Associates Healthcare Hedge Fund. Prior to that, Susan spent 4 years in various operational roles at Morgan Stanley at the branch and northeast regional level.  Susan received a bachelor of science degree from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Arts from New York University. Darren Cde Baca joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in July 2016 as a Managing Director and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the West. Mr. Cde Baca has been working in the financial securities business since 1982, most recently with Ivy Funds.  Prior to joining Ivy Funds as an institutional liaison, Mr. Cde Baca was with Dreyfus where he wholesaled and managed the retail and institutional distribution for the Western half of the United States.  Prior to joining Dreyfus, Mr. Cde Baca served as the National Sales Manager for The Royce Funds in New York City.  He also spent 12 years at PaineWebber (now UBS) in various National and Regional marketing responsibilities. Mr. Cde Baca obtained his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1982 and holds a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Kim Cheng joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in October 2015 as a VP and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Central Midwest. Previously Ms. Cheng served as a Retirement Specialist at Ivy Funds covering the Southwest Region, and between 2010 through 2014 was a Senior Regional Sales Specialist, with Ivy Funds, covering western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, and upstate New York.  Ms. Cheng received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Kansas.  Ms. Cheng holds her Series 7, Series 6 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Marc Irizarry is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Senior Fundamental Analyst for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Previously, Mr. Irizarry was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was a top-ranked equity research analyst covering publicly traded asset managers in the firm’s Global Investment Research division. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2005, Mr. Irizarry was an equity research analyst in the research divisions of Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Securities. Jordan Juenemann joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC, in August 2016, as an Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the West and South Central territories. Previously, Mr. Juenemann served as a Regional Sales Specialist at Ivy Funds. Prior to that, Mr. Juenemann began his career as a financial advisor at Northwestern Mutual. Mr. Juenemann also played basketball for the University of Kansas Jayhawks under Coach Bill Self, earning a scholarship his senior year. Bill Kelly joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in November 2015 as a Managing Director and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Northeast.   Mr. Kelly is a 20 plus year veteran in the financial services industry and, prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Kelly was a Partner at Kopernik Global Investors, LLC.  Prior to Kopernik, Mr. Kelly was a Director at International Value Advisers, LLC.  Mr. Kelly started his career at Oppenheimer & Co., where he went on to serve as a Managing Director in their Asset Management Group and later moved to Merrill Lynch where he was a Wealth Management Specialist in the Managed Solutions Group (MSG) based in the New York City region.  Mr. Kelly graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science.  Mr. Kelly holds his Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Michelle Lancaster joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in October 2015 as an Executive Assistant; in October 2016, Ms. Lancaster added Compliance Analyst responsibilities to her role and in February 2018, Ms. Lancaster fully transitioned to a Compliance Analyst position.  Previously, Ms. Lancaster served as a Senior Executive Assistant and Business Development Administrator at Mariner Holdings/Mariner Wealth Advisors.  From 2008 to 2013, Ms. Lancaster served as Legal Assistant for the Office of the Kansas Securities Commissioner.  Ms. Lancaster earned a Bachelor of Legal Studies from Washburn University.

Zhe Liu is a Senior Quantitative Analyst for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since February 2016. Mr. Liu is a published author in the field of theoretical particle physics with a specialty in quantum chromodynamics. Mr. Liu has carried out a series of rigorous theoretical research on Higgs boson production and jet energy loss mechanism in high energy particle collisions. Mr. Liu received his Ph.D. degree in theoretical physics from Columbia University and his Bachelor’s degree from Fudan University, Shanghai.

Phil O'Brien joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in April 2017 as a Managing Director and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Great Lakes Region. Mr. O’Brien has been working in the financial securities business since 1997. Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. O’Brien was a regional director for the Midwest Region at William Blair & Company and prior to that Mr. O’Brien was an account manager for Morningstar, where he sold institutional software to asset managers and consultants. Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Brien worked as a financial planner for AYCO, providing financial planning to employees of Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to AYCO, Mr. O’Brien was a retirement plan regional sales director for Wachovia in the Northwestern states. Mr. O’Brien graduated from Indiana University with a Masters in Journalism and from the University College of Dublin with Masters in History.  Mr. O’Brien holds his Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

 

Kevin O’Hea joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in June 2017 as a Trader in the New York office. Prior to joining the Chiron team, Mr. O’Hea was an Associate at J.P. Morgan working with the firm’s hedge fund clients throughout the Prime Brokerage business. During his tenure, Mr. O’Hea also served on the Analyst & Associate Council as chair of the Training & Mentoring Committee. Mr. O’Hea began his career as an Analyst with J.P. Morgan and graduated from Georgetown University with majors in Finance & Management.

David Portal joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in August 2016 as a Managing Director and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Southeast Coast.  Mr. Portal is a 27 year veteran in the financial services industry.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Portal was a Regional Vice President with Ivy Investments for 13 years covering Florida and Puerto Rico.  Prior to joining Ivy Funds, Mr. Portal held several sales and management roles with Mackenzie Financial, for a period of four years, at which time it was acquired by Waddell and Reed.  Prior to joining Mackenzie Financial, Mr. Portal spent nearly ten years as a financial advisor with various firms culminating with Citibank. Mr. Portal holds his Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

John Simmons is a Senior Quantitative Analyst for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since October 2015. Mr. Simmons is a published author in the field of Earth Systems Sciences with a specialty in disaster and crop yield prediction. He has contributed statistical support to both the National Aeronautical Space Administration and the United Nations. Mr. Simmons received a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan and a Masters of the Arts from Columbia University.

Pat Srinivas joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in October 2016 and serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager and Senior Fundamental Analyst, primarily focused on Emerging Markets. Previously, Mr. Srinivas worked as an analyst at Waddell & Reed from 2007 to 2016, where he covered IT Services, Medical Devices and the Indian Equity Market. Prior to joining Waddell & Reed, Mr. Srinivas was a telecom engineer at Tellabs and Vertel Corp.  Mr. Srinivas earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Scott Sullivan joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in May 2018 as an Associate Portfolio Manager and Senior Fundamental Analyst.  Most recently, Mr. Sullivan worked as a portfolio manager for Ivy Investments/Waddell & Reed for 11 years, where he gained experience with both global multi-asset and small-cap equity portfolios. Mr. Sullivan earned his MBA in Applied Security Analysis from the Wisconsin School of Business and his BS in Economics and Political Science from Tufts University.

Matt Switzer, CFA, joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in April 2018 as a Regional Client Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Northeast territory.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Switzer was an institutional portfolio manager for a large RIA, previous to that he was a Regional Sales Specialist at American Century Investments, covering the upper Midwest.  Mr. Switzer is a CFA charter holder, and holds his Series 7, Series 6 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.  Mr. Switzer earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Missouri.  

Frank Vilardi joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in November 2015 as the Controller and Head of Operations.  Mr. Vilardi is responsible for both the Management Company and the Chiron Fund’s financial and accounting operations.  Mr. Vilardi also has oversight responsibilities over key business areas, including IT and infrastructure.  Mr. Vilardi brings 17 plus years of experience in Asset Management for public and privately owned companies where he has held similar roles.  Mr. Vilardi is a CPA and began his career in Public Accounting, spending 7 years, providing audit, tax and advisory.   Mr. Vilardi graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Scott Wen joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in April 2017 and focuses on Product Development.  Mr. Wen was formerly a Director of Quantitative Products and Research at Guggenheim Partners. Prior to Guggenheim, he was a Vice President at Swiss Reinsurance Co. in the Capital Management and Advisory division working on equity structured products origination.  Mr. Wen started his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Equities division as a trader/financial engineer and later moved to the Asset Management division as a portfolio manager in the Quantitative Equity group.  Mr. Wen has a degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael Williams joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in June 2016 and serves as a Regional Client Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the Southeast territory. Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Williams was an Internal Sales Specialist with Ivy Funds Distributors, Inc.  During his time on the Ivy Funds sales team, Mr. Williams covered both wire houses and independent broker-dealers throughout Virginia and West Virginia. Mr. Williams began his career in financial services at Waddell & Reed/Ivy Funds within their Client Services department, as a Client Service Representative. During his time in this role he handled various account disputes and discrepancy matters, for both shareholders and financial advisors. Mr. Williams currently holds his Series 7, Series 6, and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

John Paul (JP) Armenio joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in October 2016 as its Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of International Business. In 2018, Mr. Armenio was named Chief Operating Officer.  Prior to joining Chiron, Mr. Armenio served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mizuho Securities Asia Limited, the Japanese Mega-Bank’s Asian subsidiary in Hong Kong, where he led the firm’s Asian expansion strategy.  From 1995 until 2008, Mr. Armenio was with Morgan Stanley in Tokyo, New York, and San Francisco, and served as Managing Director and Global Head of Structured Products for the Global Wealth Management Division (GWM).  Mr. Armenio also served as Americas Head of Structured Products Distribution for the Institutional Securities Division, having responsibility for solutions across equities, fixed income, commodities, and FX asset classes.  Mr. Armenio sat on the Promotion and New Products Committees for the Equity Division, and was Divisional Head of Wharton Recruiting. Mr. Armenio also served on GWM’s Alternative Investment Due Diligence Committee.

Mr. Armenio currently sits as an Investor Board Member for Virtual Media Group, LTD and WeConvene, early stage fintech companies.  Mr. Armenio is Co-Founder for Intrepid Ventures LTD and is an Advisor for N.E. Negrych & Co.  Effective February 2017, Mr. Armenio serves as a Director of Chiron Funds ICAV, an Irish collective asset-management vehicle, with a sub-fund, Chiron Global Opportunities Fund, organized as UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities).

Mr. Armenio has an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.

Earlier in his career, Mr. O’Brien worked as a financial planner for AYCO, providing financial planning to employees of Fortune 1000 companies. Prior to AYCO, Mr. O’Brien was a retirement plan regional sales director for Wachovia in the Northwestern states. Scott Prince is the Vice-Chairman of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and a member of the firm’s Investment and Risk Committees.  Mr. Prince has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Mr. Prince is also a Founding Member of GPS Investment Partners, LLC, an Executive Chairman of Merchant Investment Management, LLC, and a Partner of Maxim Capital Group, a real estate investment and lending platform where he is a Member of the Board and Chairman of the Risk Committee.  Additionally, Mr. Prince is a Board Member of Apollo Commercial Real Estate Finance, where he is a Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a Member of the Audit Committee.

Zhe Liu is a Senior Quantitative Analyst for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since February 2016. Mr. Liu is a published author in the field of theoretical particle physics with a specialty in quantum chromodynamics. Kirsten Pickens is a Partner and Head of Distribution for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Formerly, she was Senior Vice President and Head of National Accounts and Retirement Sales for Ivy Funds Distributor, Inc., a subsidiary of Waddell & Reed, which she joined in 2003. Ms. Pickens is credited with driving the rapid growth of Ivy Funds by building a National Accounts Team and obtaining platform access across broker dealers in all distribution channels. Prior to Waddell & Reed, Ms. Pickens was with ING Funds, where she was VP, National Account Director for the Independent/Regional Channel and at Seligman funds in various distribution roles. Ms. Pickens started her career in the financial services industry at Vanguard as a Retirement Specialist, and worked for Pilgrim Funds in Phoenix, Arizona. Kristen Richards is Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Ms. Richards has over 20 years of experience in the mutual fund/'40 Act industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Waddell & Reed Investment Management Company/Ivy Investment Management Company. Ms. Richards earned her law degree from the University of Kansas in 1995 and began her career, in 1995, at Waddell & Reed/Ivy, on behalf of its registered investment advisers, where she was instrumental in building the Investment Management Compliance Department. Over the course of her 20 years with Waddell/Ivy, Ms. Richards has also served as Secretary to the Waddell/Ivy registered investment companies, whereby she was responsible for the creation and maintenance of the mutual fund disclosure documents, as well as responsible for fund governance with regard to the mutual fund board of trustees.  Ms. Richards was instrumental in the adoption and establishment of the firm's UCITs fund channel, Ivy Global Investors, which launched in 2014.  In addition to her law degree/license, Ms. Richards has also earned and maintains her Series 7, Series 63 and Series 24 FINRA securities licenses.

Frank Vilardi joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in November 2015 as the Controller and Head of Operations.  Mr. Vilardi is responsible for both the Management Company and the Chiron Fund’s financial and accounting operations.  Mr. Vilardi also has oversight responsibilities over key business areas, including IT and infrastructure.  Mr. Vilardi brings 17 plus years of experience in Asset Management for public and privately owned companies where he has held similar roles.  Mr. Vilardi is a CPA and began his career in Public Accounting, spending 7 years, providing audit, tax and advisory.   Mr. Vilardi graduated from Long Island University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Ryan Caldwell is the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. From 2000 through the end of his tenure as co-portfolio manager in 2014, Mr. Caldwell helped lead portfolio management decision-making at Waddell & Reed for a suite of funds totaling $40 billion, including Ivy Asset Strategy, W&R Asset Strategy, and Ivy Funds/VIP Asset Strategy. Mr. Spilker is a board member of the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Undergraduate Executive Board, iSentium, LLC, Maxim Capital Group, LLC, The New 42nd Street, Inc., The Samuel Bronfman Department of Medicine Advisory Board at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and the Advisory Board for Mount Sinai’s Institute for Genomics and Multiscale Biology. Additionally, Mr. Spilker serves on the Third Way Board of Trustees, where he is the Founder of Third Way’s Capital Markets Initiative.  Mr. Spilker is a member of the Social Finance, Inc. Darren Cde Baca joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in July 2016 as a Managing Director and Advisor Consultant on the Distribution team, covering the West. Mr. Cde Baca has been working in the financial securities business since 1982, most recently with Ivy Funds.  Prior to joining Ivy Funds as an institutional liaison, Mr. Cde Baca was with Dreyfus where he wholesaled and managed the retail and institutional distribution for the Western half of the United States.  Prior to joining Dreyfus, Mr. Cde Baca served as the National Sales Manager for The Royce Funds in New York City.  He also spent 12 years at PaineWebber (now UBS) in various National and Regional marketing responsibilities. Enrico Gaglioti is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  Mr. Gaglioti is also a Founding Member of GPS Investment Partners, LLC.  Mr. Gaglioti was formerly a Partner at Goldman Sachs & Co. where he served as the Global Head of Equity Sales and most recently served as an advisory director of Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division. Mr. Gaglioti began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1998, was named Managing Director in 2001, and Partner in 2002. Mr. Gaglioti served on the firm wide Business Standards Committee, Securities Division Executive and Operating Committees, as well as the Hedge Fund/Private Equity Screening Committee. Mr. Gaglioti is Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Don Bosco Prep High School, and he serves as a member on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Soccer Foundation, the Board of Advisors of James Madison University’s College of Business, and the Board of the James Madison University Foundation.  Effective February 2017, Mr. Gaglioti serves as a Director of Chiron Funds ICAV, an Irish collective asset-management vehicle, with a sub-fund, Chiron Global Opportunities Fund, organized as a UCITS (Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities). Mr. Gaglioti earned a BBA from James Madison University College of Business in 1994.  Mr. Gaglioti holds his Series 24, Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Scott Wen joined Chiron Investment Management, LLC in April 2017 and focuses on Product Development.  Mr. Wen was formerly a Director of Quantitative Products and Research at Guggenheim Partners. Prior to Guggenheim, he was a Vice President at Swiss Reinsurance Co. in the Capital Management and Advisory division working on equity structured products origination.  Mr. Wen started his career at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Equities division as a trader/financial engineer and later moved to the Asset Management division as a portfolio manager in the Quantitative Equity group.  Mr. Wen has a degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Marc Irizarry is an Associate Portfolio Manager and Senior Fundamental Analyst for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015. Previously, Mr. Irizarry was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., where he was a top-ranked equity research analyst covering publicly traded asset managers in the firm’s Global Investment Research division. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2005, Mr. Irizarry was an equity research analyst in the research divisions of Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Securities. Mr. Irizarry graduated from Cornell University in 1995 and holds his Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA securities licenses.

Brian Cho, CFA, is a Partner, Co-Portfolio Manager and Head of Quantitative Research for Chiron Investment Management, LLC and has been with Chiron since its launch in 2015.  In 2002, Mr. Cho co-founded Empirical Research Partners LLC, an independent research boutique where he served as Partner and Director of Quantitative Research. Mr. Cho managed all quantitative research efforts for the firm. During his tenure, the research team was named to the Institutional Investor All-American Research Team each year from 2003 through 2014 in both the Portfolio Strategy and Quantitative Research categories. Before his role at Empirical, Mr. Cho worked at SC Bernstein from 1993 to 2002.  Mr. Cho is a CFA charter holder and graduated from MIT in 1990.
